Clawgear Arms CG15 Approved for Sporting Use in Germany – Featuring Advanced M-LOK Rail Cover System
We are pleased to announce that the Clawgear Arms CG15 has officially received a positive classification from the German BKA for sporting use. This approval applies to all available barrel lengths, including 14.5″ and 10.5″, confirming the CG15’s compliance with current regulatory standards for civilian sporting rifles in Germany.
A distinctive feature of the CG15 is its handguard design, which retains the versatility of M-LOK slots while offering a clean and enclosed look. To achieve this, we developed dedicated M-LOK Rail Covers that close the lateral slots without compromising functionality.
These covers are produced in-house using 3D printing technology and a specially selected TPU filament, ensuring a light weight design with excellent durability and grip.
This modular solution allows users to easily uncover M-LOK slots when legally permitted, while enjoying a professional, closed-surface appearance during regular use.
With the BKA’s official approval, the CG15 will soon be available for civilian sporting use in Germany.
