After an intensive development phase marked by countless hours of prototyping, testing, and iteration, our new generation of Clawgear Plate Carriers is now officially available.
Developed with direct input from field professionals and end-users, the plate carriers combine modular adaptability, lightweight construction, and mission-driven ergonomics. Whether it’s the Operator, Protector, or Raider Plate Carrier, each system offers interchangeable components and a flexible mounting architecture tailored for rapidly changing operational requirements.
Every design element—from the laser-cut laminate panels to the quick-release buckles and breathable cummerbunds—serves a clear purpose: enabling optimal performance under pressure. All plate carriers are compatible with SAPI Small and Medium stand-alone ballistic plates and integrate seamlessly with Clawgear placards, pouches, and harnesses.

Operator Plate Carrier
A mission-adaptive platform with a classic MOLLE/PALS layout, sturdy TEGRIS® cummerbunds, and full modularity. Designed for maximum stability and long-term use.
Protector Plate Carrier
Minimalist and lightweight with elastic low-profile cummerbunds. Offers enhanced mobility while keeping the setup slick and streamlined.
Raider Plate Carrier
A hybrid construction with large cut-outs for improved ventilation, integrated admin pocket, and a pre-configured setup for immediate use. Built for high-intensity missions with maximum comfort.
